Antigamente, quando buscavam por mudanças, as pessoas iam às ruas e protestavam contra aquilo que as incomodavam. Hoje, elas protestam colocando tags nos trends topics do twitter ou pedindo compartilhamentos no facebook e reblogs no tumblr. Na realidade não há protesto algum atualmente, mas sim um processo interminável de conscientização, na qual consiste-se em espalhar as informações facilmente via redes sociais e, influenciando, o modo alheio de pensar.

JOB HUNT!

Forgive me for momentarily straying from the theme of this page, but my latest job recently came to an end and I’m on the lookout for something new.  I’ve worked most recently as a new media producer, but I also have experience as a writer, blogger and production coordinator.  If anyone is looking to hire or knows of anything I might be a good fit for, I would greatly appreciate the consideration.  My email is mroatmeal@hotmail.com.  

In the meantime, I’ll be searching for jobs online and watching Dateline on ID.  In the current episode, a man attacked himself and then tried to say that someone else did it.  Man oh man.  Looks like the prosecutors have their work cut out for them.
